Industrial Technology

Industrial Technology (ITECH) is a dynamic hub of learning and skill development, offering programs in six key areas of study: automotive, building trades, diesel, graphics & printing, HVAC, and welding. The department is dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge, hands-on experience, and technical expertise necessary to thrive in today’s competitive industrial landscape. One of the department’s cornerstones is a focus on industry certifications, ensuring that graduates not only possess a solid academic foundation but are also equipped with recognized credentials that enhance their employability.

With faculty comprised of experts in every area, state-of-the-art equipment, and industry-aligned curricula, ITECH programs equip students to enter the workforce as highly skilled professionals.

Industrial Technology participates in competency-based, open-entry programs. See the catalog section titled “Competency-Based Education (CBE)” for details. For information about registration, read the catalog section titled “Registration for Career and Technology Education (CATE) Programs.”

Tools and Equipment: Most tools and equipment for Industrial Technology courses are furnished; however, others must be purchased by the student. Contact the ITECH department for details.
