Knowledge and skills necessary to assess and manage ill or injured patients in diverse populations to include neonatology, geriatrics, and other related topics. Upon successful completion of this course, EMSP-2444, EMSP-2434, and EMSP-2143 students are eligible to take the exam to be certified as an EMT-P by the Texas Department of State Health Services and/or National Registry of EMT.
