A capstone experience covering comprehensive, assessment based patient care management. Includes specific care when dealing with pediatric, adult, geriatric, and special-needs patients. Upon successful completion of this course students are eligible to take the exam to be certified as an EMT-P by the Texas Department of State Health Services and/or National Registry of EMT.
