INEW-2070: Digital Engineering Foundations for Systems Modeling

Clock Hours
96

This course builds on prior coursework in systems modeling to introduce the fundamentals of digital engineering environments. Students explore how different model and data types are integrated to support systems engineering (SE) activities. Topics include collecting data from multiple sources, transforming data for use in systems models, and examining relationships between SysML models and other digital engineering tools and platforms. Emphasis may be placed on modeling programs, data structures, languages, and platforms commonly used within a specific industry.
