To request academic accommodations, students are responsible for self-identifying to DSS, completing required DSS student intake process, submitting required disability documentation before receiving final approval from the DSS office. Accommodations are not given retroactively. Accommodations are only authorized by CTC's DSS office and are not given by instructors or other administrative personnel.
