Central Texas College is delighted that you have chosen to begin or continue your college career with us. This Student Handbook will provide you with useful information to aid in the development of communication between you and CTCD’s faculty and staff. Students are financially responsible for tuition, books, fines and all educational materials necessary to complete and be successful in classes. Students may be denied transcripts if they have an outstanding obligation to Central Texas College. The obligation may be due to a library fine, parking ticket, returned check, nonrepayment of financial aid, failure to comply with admissions requirements or any other indebtedness to Central Texas College.
