This course is designed to introduce students to the benefits of rucking as a form of physical activity and potentially prepare them for ruck marches and similar endurance events. Rucking is the action of walking with weight on your back. A low impact exercise based on military training workouts, incorporating rucking walks, boot camp workouts, fitness challenges, and a variety of workouts using body weight and rucksacks in motivational and energetic workout environments to promote overall health and wellness benefits.
