This course introduces students to the core principles and methodologies of strength and conditioning. It covers essential topics such as biomechanics, exercise physiology, training adaptations, and program design. It equips students with the foundational knowledge and skills to develop safe and effective strength and conditioning programs for athletes and general populations. This course does not replace the physical activity course(s) requirement for the award of the Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or Associate of Applied Science degrees.
